About
Built Around Talent
Vantree Management was created to give new faces a genuine route into the industry. We scout, develop and represent models and commercial talent, working closely with brands, photographers and casting professionals across the UK.
Every person on our board is chosen for something individual — a look, a presence, a potential we believe in. We keep our roster deliberately focused so each talent gets real attention, honest guidance and submissions that actually fit them.
Honesty
Straight answers and clear expectations. Our talent always knows where they stand and what we are doing on their behalf.
Diversity
Our board reflects real people — every background, age and look. Difference is exactly what clients come to us for.
Standards
From the way we present our talent to the way we deal with clients, everything is done properly or not at all.
"We succeed when our talent succeeds."
